Refunds policy

At Suko Ceramics, we’re dedicated to making sure you’re happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

We only accept refunds or replacements for damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at suko.ceramics@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of what you received. We’ll review your request and can either replace your item or issue a refund. Please note that we are not able to refund the initial shipping cost.

Additionally, please note that custom-made items and pieces from our "One-Off" collection are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
